Does anyone have an index for the 1860 Federal Census for Rankin county,MS? I am looking for Thomas J. Payne born about 1840. I haven't found his parents yet. When Thomas married and had a family, he lived in Rankin county in the city of Brandon. Maybe his parents were from the same area. Can anyone help me? Becky in OHio
