Her parents were Jeff Wells and Epsie Burch Wells. She was married to Ed Ragland. I would also like his death record, he was still alive in 1930, but may have died shortly afterward. Cleo was born about 1889, Ed about 1887. They were AfricanAmerican. A third one I need is Dennis Burch. He was alive in 1930 and living alone in Rankin County. He was born about 1861, so would have been about 69 years of age in 1930. Any help is appreciated. Charlie Chapman
