Question: Is this enumeration from 1894 or 1890? I had reference to this some time ago... in a Pontotoc Historical Society publication.... I forget the name of it now and didn't write it down, like I was supposed to!! Pontotoc Co. Pioneers Vol. VII #4 Winter 1986 has the 1890 Pontotoc County School Census - or a portion thereof as some large articles carried over from one edition to the next. This specific edition of P. Co. Pioneers can be found in the downtown public library Dallas, Tx. Another good Pontotoc source in downtown Dallas is N.E.
