Was Mary Adaline WEBB related to Brittain Rice WEBB (secretary of State of MS) who was in Pontotoc Co. by 1848. Patti

Hi Patti... I have very little at this point on Mary Adeline WEBB... from a Census of her & her husbands it says she was born in GA. & her parents VA..Thats all I have besides her age at the time of the 1880 census was 55..making her birth year 1825...I'm not sure about her relationship to the Secretary of State of Ms...
