The Pontotoc County Cemetery book does not show any Pogues buried in any cemetery. He died in late 1800s so he may not have had a stone or it may not be there anymore. The book does list several AKERS. The Pontotoc County History book references AKERS in several articles. There are not any POGUEs referenced in the history book. Royce
