I find no Sanders in this book, but there are 5 references to Rodgers and 4 Rogers. By the way, you may be aware that Pontotoc County, near Redland about 6 to 7 miles south of Pontotoc on Hwy 15 was the national capitol of the Chickasaw nation, The Choctaw Indians lived further south and were the Chickasaw Indians nearest neighbor, and shared the same border. There were times when they were at odds with each other and would have border clashes. There are some Sanders families located in Lowndes County (Columbus), Mississippi area. Are you related to Newt Rogers who lived near Springville, Miss. in 1915? .............................bill owen......................
