    3. One more way to remove the message is to use the control key, and while holding it down hit the A. This will select all, and then you can delete the selection. It seems to work on most types of programs. Donna Gaines.

    3. If you don't want to take that out, you could just hit REPLY and then left click and drag over (highlight) what doesn't need to be returned. Hit DELETE and BAM !!! you only have to send back that which is important and it will save space and not take long to download,etc.... Example: I took out half of this message before returning it to the list. Some of it I kept. EVERYBODY IS HAPPY! 3. Folks, I'd like to make a request that will save bandwidth and eliminate long downloads if followed. I notice that many people when they respond to a posting just hit "Reply" and the List that they are responding to is quoted in full with all of its messages or in part with several messages. To avoid this, one can click on Edit, then click on Preferences. The first box that comes up should say Message Composition. Within it, the second line says "Automatically quote the original message when replying" and there is a box to check. Please make sure that that box is not checked. That will eliminate confusion and save lots of bandwidth. Many thanks. Donna
