Did it happen to be the part of Noxubee county where a lot of people settled? If so, why? My ancestor Ebenezer Robertson Glass and Rebecca Beavers Pratt Glass left Alabama after 1856 and moved to Shuqualak. Is that the name of a river or what? I'd like to know when and where in Shuqualak they settled. Thanks for any help. Rosemary Grant
