Their son in law, LOVARD INGRAM was marr to MARTHA E. LEE who died before the clan came to MS in about 1840. He left many descendants in Neshoba. WILLIAM WASHINGTON SALTER was born in GA 1803. His parents were SAMUEL SALTER and MARY CUMMINGS.
