A lot of info. Thanks. I'll let you know if I make any connections with all of this! My Jones connections went between Deemer MS, just south of Philadelphia, and Millington, TN. Grandma won't confirm but she grins when I ask if her dad was not JUST a farmer! His still may be found in the trees in Millington to this day! But I digress. It appears a lot of these families came from Alabama to Mississippi. Has anyone on this list ever made a map picture? I think I'd like to do that but not sure how best to go about it. It is interesting to see the dates the families are listed on different censuses and since I'm a visual type person I'm hoping I will get a better picture of the travel patterns this way.
