    3. Sorry to tell you that the James you are interested in is not there unless he is like my gg grandparents Robert & Winnie Dillard Green without a marker. There is a large spot in about the center of the cemetery on a slight rise which some cousins told me several years ago was were they are buried. It would be possible that the James you are looking for might be there also. James is Robert's older brother. I don't know where James's first wife Elizabeth is buried but it's a good thought that she might be there also. She died between July 1870 (on census in Leake Co. close to Robert & Winnie) and 27 Nov 1870 (when James md Louisa Jane) The Green's I have photos of their markers are: Oscar & Nettie Comans Green and 5 unnamed children Gertie Gardner Green James Harold Green Bobby Joe & Cecile Green Noah Oscar & Mary Green Gilmore I also have photos of some Gardner's & Pinter's Thanks for the DOB of Louisa Jane I only had the year, do you know her DOD. -----Original Message----- From: EvHLee@aol.com [mailto:EvHLee@aol.com] Sent: Tuesday, March 09, 2004 9:19 AM To: MSNESHOB-L@rootsweb.com Subject: Re: [MSNESHOB] Cemetery Directions Hello, Just read your e-mail regarding the unique situation with High Hill Church and High Hill Cemetery--that clears questions I've had regarding "Which County?". Thanks so much. But, of even more interest is the fact that you took pictures of all the Green family buried there. By any miraculous chance, did you find a tombstone for Louisa Jane Green? 2nd wife of James Green. I would really appreciate hearing about which Greens are buried at High Hill. My grandparents [Hudson's are there] and Louisa Jane Jones was first married to William David Hudson [he is buried at Camp Chase, Ohio where he died during The War]. I have checked my copy of "Our Links to the Past" but have had no luck at locating the burial site of either James Green or either of his two wives--Elizabeth and my gg-grandmother, Louisa Janes Jones Hudson Green, b. April 18, 1826, GA.
