Wylie G. & Jane TAYLOR, along with Nathan & Eliza WALTON were charter members of New Hope Baptist Church, organized in 1877 in the Neshoba Community. That church later changed its name to Neshoba Baptist Church. Jane TAYLOR is purported to be a WALTON. Was she a child of Nathan & Eliza WALTON? Does anyone know where Nathan WALTON resided prior to the 1870 Neshoba Co, MS census? Wylie G. & Jane TAYLOR had the following issue: Penelope, James G, Della, B???, Alice V. married Richard (or Robert) William RICHMOND, William W., Elizabeth, & Cora B married Emmett PARKER. Does anyone recognize this family?
