Karen - You will probably receive several replies - and I hope this will help you somewhat - I am looking in the 1998 Neshoba Co. Cemetery Book - Crossroads Baptist Church Cemetery is located in Township 9, Range 12, Section 16, - the cemetery map for Township 9, Range 12 shows the cemetery near the corner of CR 270 and CR 505 (this is near Union, MS). {SR - State Road -- CR-County Road}. The Beatline Baptist Church Cemetery is in Township 10, Range 12, Section 33 and the map shows it to be on CR 505, near the corner of CR 448. CR 448 is off of SR 19 (past the Tucker Indian Reservation - south of Philadelphia, MS). From where you live, you could take I-10 East to Jackson, MS - I-59 N to SR 20 and watch for the signs to take you into Philadelphia. You really need a road map for Neshoba Co. which you may be able to obtain from the Neshoba Co. Public Library on 230 Beacon Street, Philadelphia, MS 39350. I'm sorry I can't give you more details, but the Library only published the map for those Townships and Ranges and don't show north/south/east or west directions. I use to live in Lowndes Co., MS and have most of my relatives buried in Neshoba and Winston Cos., MS and I know my way around Philadelphia when I'm driving from there to Phil., but I don't have a detailed map to help you. If you don't get better directions from someone living in that area, let me know and I can scan the maps from the cemetery book and send them to you as an attachment.
