Good Morning, I am new to this list. I am currently researching the family of Alexander Gray who is known to have been in Neshoba County in 1840. I do not know when they left the county to move to Scott County, Mississippi where they are found on the 1850 census. At least one daughter married in Neshoba County and possibly others. I need to know if marriage records for Neshoba for the period of 1840 to about 1846 are available. I checked the USGENWEB site for Neshoba County last night and was very disappointed by the lack of information on that site. If these records are on line, I would appreciate the address. If not, is there a kind soul who would be willing to check the index at the court house for me. I live in Texas and it is not likely that I will be able to go to Mississippi anytime soon.
