Hi, list. Perhaps the person who provided the will of James B. Kendall/Kindall of April 1852 for another lister may be able to tell me if that book #1 covered the year 1846? I am looking for a Robert C. McMinn/McMeen/various spellings who died in Monroe County that year, leaving a widow Elizabeth Louisa and some young children; although he might have died in Itawamba Co as they seemed to jump back and forth on census records perhaps due to county line problems. Good morning McMinn surname is not listed in the will book-or in the Mother Monroe book. However there is a Vertical indexed file in the Evans Memorial Library in Aberdeen MS. That particular surname may be in there, I am 25 miles from there. There is a lady in Choctaw Co.Ms. that was compilimg the McMINN line. I have several of the McMinns in my family tree. Oktibbeha Co. MS. is a area to look into.
