    3. I found Ruffin Webb in the 1880 MS Monroe Co census, He was in Lowndes Co for the 1850 and 1860 censuses. I have searched for him in the 1870 Monroe Co census. Would SKS take a look at that census for me? Many thanks, Anne Stockton O'Neal

James W Riggon, son of Jeremiah and Elizabeth Riggon, b: 1824 MS.. children according to 1860 cen. 9all boys). --C.L.H. b: 1853; R.T. ?? and J. H. b: 1857. The Riggon family was of Monroe County, MS. early 1812, when Paid taxes Martha E. Ussery, daughter og John and Malinda (McKINNEY) Ussery b: 1835 ,married July 2, 1856 Ruffin Webb,b: 1822 N.C.their children according to 1860 census; Mary ,b:1857. Crandena (?) , a son b: 1860. Ruffin Webb, a teacher, was living in the household of Dr. Elam Robinson at the time of the 1850 census Nov, 7 1850 Ruffin married Harriet E. Robinson dau. of Dr.Robinson. children of Ruffin's first marriage: Jasper, b: 1851, and Julie b: Dec. 1853, died Oct 17, 1854. NOTE!
