    3. Hi all, I am working on one of my biggest brickwalls, the Taylor family. They lived in Aberdeen in 1860 and I know that they lived in Smithville since at least 1870 and I know that Charley and Virginia lived in the old home place untill they died. The dates I have are from census info and may not be correct. Here are the names: Spencer T. Taylor b. March 1828 S. C. d 1900 or after Monroe Co., Ms. Nancy J... Taylor b May 1834 S. C. d 1910 or after Monroe Co., Ms. C.? D Tayor (son) b. abt 1852 d. ? don't know if he died bef 1870 or married and moved out. Jane S. Taylor b abt 1855 d ? Francis Taylor b abt 1856 d ? Don't know if she married C. Virginia (Jinny) Taylor b abt 1859 Ms. d. after 1920 how long after I have no idea Lavenia L. Taylor (Lou) b Aug. 1864 Ms. d Jan. 1939 Mathews, New Madrid Co., Mo. (my gggrandmother) married Hugh Andrew Kelso Oct 27, 1887 Monroe Co., Ms. Camelia Taylor b Feb 1869 Ms d ? Charle/Charley C. Taylor b April 1872 Ms d after 1920 I have no idea if any of the girls married. Virginia and Charley lived together I know due to census info and my uncle, together in the old family home until at least 1920. There was a niece living in the house in 1900 and 1910 named Roney/Ronie Taylor b May 1894 Ms and I have no idea who the parents are. Maybe C.? D Taylor, which means he would have died before 1900. I have a feeling that Camelia and C. Virginia may not be 2 people. There is a possibility that they are one and the same person. Due to dates and ages on the census info I have right now I am taking it as 2 different people, but honestly I think that they are one and the same. If you can make any connections or help with any info it would be greatly appreciated. Sandy [email protected] .
