I would suggest that you view the films for Monroe and Itawamba Counties to get the full picture. It is pretty easy if you join Ancestry.com, or try your local Family History Center. From the close proximity of the families, I would assume that Catherine, age 75, is the grandmother, James, age 52 is one of her sons, and the young men in their 30's are his sons and/or the son's of his brothers. Their migration patters appears to be SC-TN-MS. Hope this helps.
