There are supposed to be two cemeteries in the southeast quarter of section 5, Range 18 W, Township 14 S just north of Athens. They should be about 1000 feet apart and the closest is about 500 feet from the nearest road on the edge of the hills overlooking Tadpole Creek. (The above info is from a topo map) Does anyone know if these cemeteries have been listed or who owns the land so I could get permission to visit them. I am looking for Charles Spencer and his relatives. He died sometime around 1820 - 1835 and owned 40 acres of land across the creek to the northwest. Richard
