    3. Richard, I can see those cemeteries on my map. I would guess they are Lann and Wilson, both of which may be among the "lost" ones in our county. Dr. Evans enumerated the cemeteries in 1938-39, but I do not find a Charles Spencer in his work. Can you tell me something else about the family?     3. I do not have info on the wife. There seems to have been three children, but one must have died young. A son Marion Francis and a daughter were placed under the custody of Judge Samuel Gholson. He is believed to be the brother of William Spencer. They came to Mississippi sometime between 1800 and 1820. DNA has proved the two lines run together and we are trying to determine if Charles and William had the same father who should be Samuel Spencer.
