Mary Anna: Was your RIGGAN name perhaps also spelled Reagan or Regan? I believe that my early MAJORS (Magers) ancestors traveled from Blount Co., TN, to Monroe Co., MS, with some Reagan or Regan families about 1820-30. There are many Reagan and Regan families in Blount Co. TN records books, some of which I have.
