Evening, Carolyn, I have a Martha Riggan, Daughter of Hal Riggan my Dad's cousin. She was born in Amory and last I heard was in the Carolinas. She was born 1926. The Bell Todd Riggan You mention may be Lula Mae Todd who Married my Grandmother's brother Lemuel Riggan. She Was born 1878 and could be a sister to your C W Todd. They ended up in Birm., Ala. Lula Mae died in 1948. Would also like to see your pictures as I was born in Splunge with Greenwood Springs on my birth certificate. Jim Boozer I think I have a picture of Lula Mae. Also my ggrandfather Jesse T Riggan had a sister Martha who Married a William P Davis. She was born 1855. -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]]On Behalf Of William T.
