The one that I am descended from was Dr. Fred Ernest Williams, who married into the prominent Hancock family (Elizabeth J.) during this period (1846). Indeed, I am named for him. Unfortunately, I know little of his ancestry, but his wife was born in Williamson Co. TN, as were several of her ancestors.
