I talked with Henry Boswell, the owner, several months back and I don't think he is going to do any repairs. Back last summer a swarm of bees had taken up residence there. Holly Springs,MS 38635 - phone# (662) 252-5698. I am originally from the Mt. Pleasant area and I too, thought the old home place was pretty when the Boswell's lived there.
