Services were held February 8 at 2 pm at the Holly Springs Funeral Home Chapel. Burial was in Mt. Moriah Cemetery in Laws Hill. Bro. Earl BEELER officiated. He leaves his wife, Mrs. Era SMITH KNIGHTON; two daughters, Mrs. Hazel COOK of Laws Hill, and Mrs. Carol GATES of Citrus Heights CA; four sons, Robert KNIGHTON of Tucson AZ, Fort KNIGHTON of Laws Hill, Marshall KNIGHTON of Aurora IL, and Clark KNIGHTON of Memphis; and ten grandchildren. Pallbearers were Jessie D. FESMIRE, Donald SHAW, Bennie SHAW, Donald CASH, George COOK, and Cecil HANEY.
