Marjory - I checked my Marshall County books, and the few statewide books I have, but didn't find Samuel in the indices. Sorry. Delores, Could you please check for any info in Marshall county referring to Samuel Garrison, who was there in 1860? I also find a Ulysses Garrison referred to in some records. I'm trying to find the parents of James A. R. Garrison born SC circa 1820-1824, who first shows up in Tippah County, MS in 1850. He was in Marshall in 1870, then Denton County, TX in 1880.
