She was a resident of Myrtle, Miss. and a member of the Myrtle Church of the Lord Jesus Christ. Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday in the Myrtle Church of the Lord Jesus Christ, with burial in Macedonia Cemetery. She leaves three sons, J.D. Telford and Maurice Telford, both of Memphis, Tenn., Gary Telford of Glenwood, Ark., two daughters, Carmon Blackard and Mrs. Virginia Potts, both of Memphis, two brothers, Homer Powell of Benton, Ark., and Ervin Powell of Pea Ridge, Ark., one sister, Mrs. Lena Lock of Memphis and 11 grandchildren. United Funeral Service is in charge. The body will be at the funeral home until time for services. Note: Minnie Modell (Powell) Telford (1902-1975) was the daughter of James Thomas "Jim" Powell (1874-1951) and Frances Augusta "Gussie" (Pilcher) Powell (1866-1922). Minnie M.
