Surnames: Allison, Becton, Alexander, Logan, Murrell,May Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/HKB.2ACI/117.1 Message Board Post: I am looking for info on Nancy Becton Allison who we think was in Marshall county with 11 children about 1841. Her husband Hugh Hope Allison died in MS in 1841. One researcher thought she was listed in a tax list here but I can't find it or in the census. We think she moved to Texas about 1850 with father Frederick Edwin Becton. Any help out there? They were presbyterians and Hugh could have been buried in a church cemetery but can't find him on anything listed on line in Marshall county. Five of their children also died in 1844.
