I am new to this list. I am looking for information of my 2nd great grandparents William H. MOREHEAD and America L. (?). William H. along with John and Robert MOREHEAD appear in the 1840 Lowndes Co. census. In the 1850 census for Lowndes Co., Robert, Susan H. and my William H. appear in the same household. William H. and A. L. appear in the 1860 census for Van Zandt Co., Texas. This census states that William H. was 35 and A. L. was 37 and that they were born in Alabama and Georgia respectively. I'm not sure if William H. and America L. were married in Mississippi or Texas. Does any of this information connect to anyone on this mailing list? Thanks. Rodney Shultz
