06 March 2001 Hi List: I have just joined the list and I would like to post my interests. I am looking for information on my Great Grand Parents and their families. My GGF was William(Willie) T. TOLSON. He married my GGM Lula BENNETT on 02 JULY 1893 in Lowndes Co. MS. Lula BENNETT TOLSON gave birth to my GM Marquerite TOLSON ON 28 November 1894 in Natchez, Adams County, MS. Lula died on 16 Feb 1895 from complications of childbirth(actually) from Pneumonia at the age of 22 years old. She is buried at Smokey Plat in Natchez Cemetery. I do not know who the parents of these two people were. I do hav some info that William T. TOLSON might have been the grandson of a Mary TOLSON. He may have been born in OktibbehaCo., MS. about 1874. Lula (or Lucy) may have been daughter of a Joshua Bennett and his wife, a Emma______!! If anyone had information on these two families, please forward to me. I would be so grateful to anyone who can help me. My GM, Marquerite was put out for adoption and given a new name. Her new name was Emma Kate McKlemurry. She was raised down around Woodville, Wilkerson County, MS. She always wanted to know about her real parents. I tried, but could not find out anything before she died only 8 years ago. Please help!!!
