Wrote a short book about Contantine Rea and 46th Miss Regt. He and my ancestor, Major T D Magee, served together. Rea is buried at the old Marion Cemetery as well as his wife. Son, Richard, wrote this in an article in Confederate Veteran Magazine. Have probate file (original). Placed a Confederate marker in cemetery in July for Major Rea and will have dedication in the fall. Our Sons of Confederate Veterans camp has color guard, Co F, 46th Miss (Lauderdale Rifles) organized in memory of Major Rea. Would be interested in pictures or other information about Major Rea. Would like family attendance at memorial later this year, date not set but will advise. Ward Calhoun
