WARDnMIDGE@cs.com In the meantime-if this helps at all- Thomas Gene, Sr. lived in Decatur, MS & lived 1894-1934. He married Ruth Hudson. Their children were "Baby Ruth" and Gene, Jr. (I'm not sure when he was born, but I think he died in Tupelo about 1991). Do these dates seem like they would mesh with your thoughts?
