Siblings are Berrien, Margaret, Mary A. R. Taylor, Louisa and Julia Taylor. These are all Taylor children. The census has them living with/as Worbingtons/Warbington and Washingtons 1850-1870 census. Any information on these people will help out. Thanks.
On the 1860 census for Lauderdale Co, MS is the family of G.A. Freeman, 33, farmer, b NC, wife Mary, children James L. and William A. Living with them is my ggfather John N. Johnson, 16 yr old farm laborer. We suspect a family connection between the Freemans and Johnsons, but have never been able to prove it. The marriage record for the Freemans says Gidion Allen Freeman married Mary Ann Rebecca Taylor on 7 Mar 1855 in Lauderdale Co, MS. Would love to find out anything else about this family you can tell me. The name Freeman is used for a given name in the children of John Johnson's sister Abigail Johnson who married John W. Mooney. The father of John and Abigail Johnson was Jeremiah F. Johnson and we suspect the F. stood for Freeman. Also the mother of John W. Mooney was Frances Taylor, not sure if she was related to Mary Ann Rebecca Taylor, but would like to find out. What else can you tell me about the Freemans and Taylors?
