I have found Quincy V. GOUDY(my grandfather). I have in my possesion his death certifiicate and his application for a SSN. On that application it lists his parents (my g-grandparents) as father: Jeff GOUDY and mother: Anna HOPKINS. Also the place of birth says (it is kind of blury) Carseyville?, Miss Lauderdale Co. When he applied for this SSN he liists his place of work as working in Meridian, MS. So I am assuming that he also lived in Meridian. My grandmothers sister told me that she believes he(my grandfather Quincey) was from WHYNOT, MS. Is WHYNOT, MS close to Caresyville? Is/Was there a Carseyville? Is Whynot really Carseyville? I'm confused My Query is for JEFF GOUDY my g-grandfather. I have made contact with other GOUDY individuals but not one person has anyknowledge of a JEFF GOUDY. Who was he? When did he(JEFF) and Anna Hopkins wed? Where there more children than QUINCEY and Cara Mae(sp)?
