Did he own a store on Hwy 30 outside of Oxford. My grandmother, Beulah Stephens was married to George Prentiss Adams in 1916 when their son John Henry Adams was born but Prentiss Adams was also married to a Willie Littlejohn and had a son, Durley Adams. Who are buried in the Cambridge Cemetery. I just want to say that I enjoyed many trips to that store. I grew up in Abbeville. Robert Elcho McLarty was my grandfather. Good to find people that I might connect to, one way or the other.
