She is in his household in 1860 but not in 1870. I have been told she married John Wells, but he may not have been her first husband. John and Amanda (Harmon?) wells were living in Lee Co., MS by 1880. After John died, Amanda Wells married Richard Stepp in Union Co., MS in 1888. I don't know if she was married by 1870, living/working in some other household, or what? If you have any information about Amanda Harmon between 1860 and 1880, I would really appreciate your help.
