Turn right and go east and northeast on CR296 for about 3/4 mile crossing Graham Mill Creek. Turn right just past the creek and go east on CR294 for 2 miles to a T intersection. Turn right and go southeast and east on CR244 for 3 miles. You have to bear left about 1/3 mile and 1.5 miles from the T intersection but it is still CR244. The 3 miles should take you to Bagley Bottoms Creek and some large ponds on your right. There are also some large silos on your right before you cross the creek. After you cross the creek, go maybe 1200 feet, over one small hill and park on the grade going up the next hill appx. 500 ft west of a barricaded road going north. After parking walk into the woods headed north near a power pole. The cemetery is on the first ridge north of CR244. It has some large cedars and only 8 or 10 stones but maybe a 100 sunken graves. Cemetery is located in the SW ¼ of the NE ¼ of! Section 4, Township 7 South of Range 2 West. Three of the surviving stones are for the John Lewis family, he was born in 1793 in Hartford, Conneticutt and ran a store at the mouth of the Tippah River, in a short lived town known as Lauderdale, just north of the cemetery and across the Tallahatchie in Marshall Co.
