Yes! Wm. I never thought about Moorman and I bet that is it, the census taker left the other "O" out. "MOORMAN" could be it. So many Surname spellings were changed due to the nationality or ignorance of those early Census Takers and the common pioneer couldn't spell other than Biblically due to the lack of free schools, most were subscription schools.
