My grandfather, Andrew Carrol Lee, was born in AL in 1869, and was 11 years old in the home of a widow named Emily Lee in the 1880 Census of Lafayette County. She had his younger sisters, Rebecca M., 9, Lorena B., 7, and Margaret M., all born in MS, and an 11 year old half brother, Thomas Lee in the same household. I had been told that Andrew Carrol was the son of a third wife named Sally, who was part blood indian. After Carrol died, she married Albert Morris and moved to TX, but later moved back. I need any help I can get to identify Sally, Emily, and the mother of Thomas Lee.
