Elisha and Mary are 2 of the 14 children of John Johnston Sharp and Elizabeth Andrews. There are still descendants living in the Oxford area today. My g-gf Arthur Sharp left Lafayette County sometime in his teens. I have never found what happened to his father, but his mother, Martha Beasley was with him in 1910 in McCurtain County OK.
