Evie, Just a short addition/correction to what I wrote about the location of the Thweatts. The Lafayette Co. 1850 census copy that I have indicates that on pg. 279 it shows that Isham and Elizabeth Thweatt lived in dwelling 743, Miles G. Thweatt (the son my husband descends from) lived in dwelling 744, John James Thweatt (another son) lived in 745 and Fred Thweatt (another son and wife, Jane, mentioned in the Dooley article as having moved to Paris) lived in dwelling 746. They seem to all have been neighbors. Hope that helps. Judy
