I went through the search engine for the 1930 census for all states and did not find a Jack Keiith Franklin, Jack Franklin, Keith Franklin or Jack K. Franklin born 1921 - 1923. Apparently, he was known by another name on that census or was missed by the census enumerators. He is buried 3 plots away from Davil L. and Estelle H. Franklin, born 1887 and 1888 respectively, so they could possibly be the parents; however there was no male child in their household in 1930. It looks like you have a real puzzle.
