He was involved in an automobile accident in Oxford, MS(Lafayette Co) in the 1940s (1946 or before) and died a short time afterwards. He was the husband of Annie Griffith (15 Oct 1876 - 15 Dec 1949 - buried in Clarksdale, MS). He was the father of Celia Anne, Anne Vivian, Marshall, Rebecca, John Henry, Virgil Griffith, Fredrick Milton, Robert Moreland and Arthur Sager. Does anyone know the date of John Henry Cook's death and the location of his grave ?
