Hi This is a long shot here, but in the 1860 and 1870 census the Harwells and Clearley are next door neighbors to Thomas Jefferson Dover, (aka TJ Dover) Geo Clearley even witness Tj marriage cert, in 1857. Does anyone researching the Harwell or Clearley (Kirley,Kerley) surname, have any known connection to a Dover or Phillips line? TJ is also buried at Old Dallas.
