Reason I am asking, someone told me there was an old cemetery behind Anchor church. I used to spend the summer with my grandparents in that area and cannot remember a cemetery. I am related to Greens, Blakers,Raglands,Butts, Hardings(around Taylor and Brewers). Dr. Shipp , someone told me had a hospital there in that area. There are more that I am related to but I have forgotten the names and the connections. Yes...that would be it I would say I live at Taylor, but that wouldn't be right. I live about 5 miles from Taylor and about 3 miles north of Springdale off of Highway 7 South. My family has lived here, Taylor, Pine Flat, Union Grove, and a few places in North Calhoun county and a few in Tallahatchie and Yalobusha County.
