Sandra My mother was Nola Denton (1903-1996), dau of Harry (1874-1954) & Willie Lancaster Denton (1877-1957). Her brothers were James Thomas (1899-1983) and Bennie(1913-1994). Granddaddy Denton had a furniture store on the square which Bennie took over after his death. Mom graduated from Ole Miss in 1926. She left Oxford in 1928 as she didn't like the heat. She moved to northern MI where her brother, J. T., worked as an engineer. That's where I was born and grew up. D. Lou Ritter ----- Original Message ----- From: "Sandra F.
