Swindoll. In doing so, I found 3 seperate people with that name in Pontotoc MS in the census from 1850 thru 1870. I initially lumped them all together because my W. C. Swidoll and yours are very close in birth years and both some origins in SC. I finally figured out that W.C. Sr and Jr were not the same family as mine. Your Sr moved to Williamson cy, TX (the Austin area) btwn the 1870 & 1880 census. Once I figured out it was a different family I stopped working on it. Jr married Susan Plant in Pontotoc in Dec 1862. My wife's W.C. moved to Hillsboro, Hill cy TX in the same time frame. They very well may be related but I do not know at what level. I have 9 children listed for W.C. Sr to include Jr if you don't have that information.

"Aa" in Aaziah by 1850 would be spelled ISIAH, many census enumerators changed the spelling of the citizen's name . Ezra was a nickname most likely. And many name spelling was Americanized by 1850 which with Aaziah, the Aa was changed to an " I " and the "z" to a "s". Regards; Evie

He was going home from work on a very foggy night and apparently did not have lights on the bike. He was hit from the rear and thrown from the bike, however, got up and said he was okay. The ambulance got lost in the fog and took quite a while to pick him up. He said he was fine but spent the night in the hospital. Next day he was about to be released and complained of a headache. He died before they could even give him an aspirin. Apparently he has seveve head injuries that were not diagnosed. He was married with two small children. This information came from the ex-wife of the man driving the car that hit him. This happened outside Coffeeville, MS. If you need any particular information, I will see what I can find out.
