Posted on: Lafayette Co MS Query Forum Reply Here: http://cgi.rootsweb.com/~genbbs/genbbs.cgi/USA/Ms/Lafayette/11189 Surname: Wilson, Morgan, West ------------------------- Does anyone have any information on W. C. Wilson, born around 1833 in Tennessee? On the 1880 Lafayette, MS census, he is shown as a widower with three daughters: Southean (sp), Elizabeth, and Celie. These names may not be correct as they are hard to read on the handwritten census. There is a marriage record of a W. C. Wilson to a Mary D. West in 1878. I would appreciate any help. Thanks!

Peggy: Thank you for the prompt reply. I do not know of any Johnson names that you mentioned. However, there were two Tubbs men that married sisters in the middle 1800's but none of the names you mentioned are in their families. Do you have any firm dates on the marriages, etc? R. C.
