I am very fortunate to have some original letters written between my great grandfather and great grandmother in 1889, before they were married. Their names are Joseph Andrew Williams and Eliza Jane Poole. In some of Eliza's letters, she has Rushville, MS as her address. Also, I was very pleased to find on the Kemper Co. website the Enumeration of Educable Children. I found my Poole, Puckett, and Williams ancestors' names listed.
