Linda, I already volunteered to take the Kemper List, but I have not had a reply from Diana, I did it privately. I manage other mail lists, and have done so since the beginning of lists, so, can tell you what it takes. Basically, you need nothing to manage a list, except your own good sense. All of the hardware and software is owned and maintained by RootsWeb. The list manager is monitors the list, and maintains its civility. If things should get out of hand, the list manager terminates the thread, and if individuals violate the termination, the list manager removes them from the list. Except for terminating threads that have gotten out of hand, it is my style to handle any disciplinary situations privately, off list. Marleen Van Horne
